Better life
Ausnutria aims to provide little ones with all the tools they need to make the most of their future. We therefore invest in various community programs that focus on children’s physical and emotional development. We attempt to provide our colleagues with an equal, harmonious, engaging and overall safe work environment, where every employee can develop their talents. Ausnutria fully supports the professional and personal development of its workers by providing a broad range of training and education opportunities.
Social focus areas
Our employees are our most valuable asset. We therefore prioritize creating a physically safe work environment by applying a proactive, harmonized and integrated safety culture approach. A safe work environment also entails ensuring an inclusive workplace where every coworker feels motivated to bring the best out of themself. This is supported by the continuous training and education opportunities that are available for every employee. But our responsibility reaches further than that: Ausnutria aspires to contribute to society in which everyone, regardless of background or socio-economic status, lives a healthy and prosperous life. We therefore collaborate in numerous social activities, especially initiatives that encourage sports and create public knowlegde about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Our sponsorship and donation policy is also drawn up according to these criteria.
During the home match of SC Heerenveen against FC Emmen on April 22, Ausnutria lovingly gave up its place on the shirt to the Children’s Cancer Free Foundation (KiKa) to draw attention and raise money for the fight against childhood cancer.
Every year, the LOOP Leeuwarden, the largest running event in Friesland, takes place in the center of the Frisian capital Leeuwarden. Ausnutria was a proud sponsor of the LOOP, of which the proceeds went to the Youth Fund for Sport and Culture Friesland.
