Naturally, we consider it very important that the personal data you share with us is handled with care. In this privacy statement we explain how we do this. Whose personal data does Ausnutria process?
We process the personal data of our existing or potential customers, business relations and website visitors. We receive the data directly from you when you visit our website and when you enter data. In addition, we process personal data that you have provided to us in writing, by telephone, verbally or electronically. We may also receive data from other parties, but only when you have given those parties permission to provide certain data to us.

What personal data does Ausnutria process?
Depending on the situation, Ausnutria processes personal data such as name, address, date of birth, gender, telephone number, email address, IP address, camera footage at our business premises, job title and application documents that:
• have been entered on our website in the context of your job application
• have been entered via (contact) forms
• are stored as a result of your visit to our website
• have been provided to us in the context of introductions, events, meetings and the conclusion of agreements and similar activities
• are mentioned in your correspondence with us
• are obtained through camera surveillance in and around our premises

Retention period
We do not retain your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of job applications, we will not retain your application data for longer than 4 weeks, unless we have received permission to retain the data for a longer period. In that case, we will retain your application data for one year.

Special categories of personal data processed by Ausnutria
Our website does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years old. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data of a minor without such consent, please contact us via info@ausnutria.nl. We will then delete this information.

Why does Ausnutria process this data?
Ausnutria processes your personal data for the following purposes:
• Ausnutria analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and to carry out geographical analyses
• In the context of job applications addressed to Ausnutria
• To be able to contact (future) relations
• To ensure the safety of our employees, visitors and premises

Automated decision-making
Ausnutria does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that could have (significant) consequences for individuals.

Sharing personal data by Ausnutria with third parties
We do not sell your data to third parties and only provide it if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processing activities.

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use
A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. Ausnutria uses cookies with technical and analytical functionality. These ensure that the website functions properly and that, for example, your preference settings are remembered. Google Analytics
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google. We do not use the Analytics cookies in combination with other Google services and do not share data with Google. In addition, we have masked the last octet of the IP address.

Vimeo cookies
The video service Vimeo is used to load videos. Tracking cookies are disabled for these videos.

SharpSpring Marketing Automation
SharpSpring tracking cookies and Session Identifier tokens. These cookies are used to monitor how visitors use the website in order to build a profile that allows us to serve them better.

Deleting cookies

This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation specified by you. You can submit a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data by sending an email to info@ausnutria.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with your request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks. Ausnutria would also like to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Ausnutria takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
