“I am doing an internship at Ausnutria in the HR department, where I focus on recruitment and HR services. I enjoy the variety of tasks – sometimes you work at an operational level, and other times you contribute to improving a process or have a conversation.

As a child, I was always very curious to discover new things. That’s exactly what I’m doing here: exploring new things, trying out new approaches, and learning from them. Ausnutria is constantly looking for improvements, which really suits me and is something I want to learn a lot about.

Ausnutria gives me a lot of freedom, which allows me to put my ideas into practice and learn from the experience. There’s a great atmosphere with room for personal matters and strong involvement in each other’s work. I also noticed right away that everyone has a drive to improve and innovate.”
