“At Ausnutria, I contribute to the healthy growth of as many babies as possible while working on my own development and that of my team. The organization is growing rapidly and is anything but bureaucratic. I take the lead when it comes to my own development. From a young age, I’ve always had a connecting role. As captain of my football team, I coached a lot, and as a midfielder, I ensured proper distribution on the field. I’ve also worked for a long time in an international environment with people from different cultures. So far, I’ve always managed to build bridges and kick-start collaborations. In addition, I’m very strategic, think ahead, and don’t get easily thrown off course. When faced with a setback, I simply look for a solution. I believe these qualities allow me to add value within a team.
