“As a child, I was always independent and entrepreneurial. When playing with friends, I would always come up with something new. That’s still part of my character today—I always try to solve as much as possible on my own. For example, fixing malfunctions. If that doesn’t work, I encourage my colleagues to help. At Ausnutria, I’m trusted to do my job well. For instance, when there’s a malfunction, I enjoy being able to resolve it independently. I started out as a cleaner and worked my way up to First Operator. I like that growth is still possible and that taking initiative is becoming increasingly important.”
