Are you ready to take on an important role in shaping the global sales strategy for Kabrita International Business Unit (KIBU)? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Head of Global Sales.

In this exciting position, you will develop and execute the global sales strategy and plan for KIBU. You will lead a team responsible for New Business Development, driving Commercial Excellence, and partnering with sales entities to ensure all relevant logistics are managed efficiently (Business Operations).

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving new business opportunities through geographic expansion, innovation, and M&S opportunities;
  • Optimizing business strategies and results by initiating and capitalizing on new business opportunities;
  • Securing accurate forecasting and final deliveries to ensure a smooth product supply chain.

Other important responsiblities:

  • Collaborate with Sales entities and Senior Management to optimize the Sales strategy based on Penetration, Innovation, and Geographic Expansion. Deliver proposals and ensure execution;
  • Develop and implement the annual Kabrita Sales Plan, including the Kabrita Sales OGSM;
  • Analyze the Global IMF market for new KIBU business opportunities. Create a business plan for new opportunities and align with Sales entities to transition new customers, distributors, or partners;
  • Prepare and organize quarterly Business Reviews and present Kabrita Sales Performance and Latest Estimates;
  • Monitor sales results within the sales entities and take action to optimize business results;
  • Work with finance on due diligence, partner analysis, and pricing. You are entrepreneurial in identifying, understanding, and calculating new business opportunities;
  • Develop commercial strategies for KIBU and identify target regions, accounts, product categories, and opportunities to drive sales within the organization-wide strategy framework.
  • Build strong partnerships with key partners and customers in current and new high-potential markets to grow market share and access;
  • Develop clear sales models outlining priorities and timing;
  • Lead the KIBU Global Sales Team, ensuring recruitment, retention, and effective performance management. Coach and develop employees and partners in line with Ausnutria’s Human Resources Policy.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of KIBU, you will manage a talented Global Sales Team, encompassing New Business Development, Commercial Excellence, and Business Operations. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving the ambitious goals of our Sales Department.

You are the fit if

  • You hold a Master's degree, for example in economics.
  • You have a 5-year commercial or business track record in commercial positions within the baby, infant, and/or medical industry.
  • You have managed complex sales portfolios worldwide.
  • You have led sales teams and taken ownership of key customers in the past.
  • You have experience in both online and offline international sales models.
  • You understand working with sales entities, distributors, and/or sales agents, with an understanding of cross-border sales challenges.
  • You possess excellent English written and oral skills, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
