“In regulatory affairs, I contribute to growth by ensuring compliance throughout the entire product life cycle, from ideation phase to the launch of the product with a successful product registration. My role covers many areas, and I make sure compliance is built into every stage, which supports smoother innovation, faster market access, and keeps us competitive. Most importantly, my work ensures that every baby who uses our formula receives a trusted and fully compliant product.

I started at Ausnutria right after finishing my Master’s, so I’d say the company has really shaped my professional journey so far. This role has taught me a lot, how to handle tough situations, work effectively with different people, and most importantly, it’s really helped me build confidence in myself. Growing up, I was a shy kid. But somehow, I was always very proactive with putting myself out there. I have always performed in front of a crowd, either doing ballet, traditional dances, acting or even singing! I learned early on how to adapt and stay composed under pressure. These experiences taught me resilience, curiosity, and the importance of maintaining a positive mindset which have become essential in my role today.

One of the things that makes Ausnutria truly special is the people. Everyone is incredibly supportive and always willing to help, which creates a really positive and collaborative atmosphere. You can genuinely feel that we’re all working toward the same goal, and that shared sense of purpose makes coming to work something I look forward to. There’s a nice balance between professionalism and friendliness. Whether it’s sharing a coffee break, celebrating milestones together, or joining company events, there’s always a sense of belonging.”
